CLIENT'S NEEDS

Our client is a leading industrial operator and It is part of an international group. The company is very active and growing in its activities, and has mandated us to recruit its future Controller.

THE POSITION

The main missions are the following:

  • On a multi-country basis, reinforce the head office Controlling team
  • Be an actor in the improvement of the company's profitability
  • Carry out monthly reporting and management charts
  • Develop the main KPI's and monitor the evolution of budgets
  • Analyze performance indicators
  • Interact with operational staff and advise them on trends
  • Develop management tools and internal procedures
  • Active participation in the preparation of the 2022 budgets, between July and September inclusive

THE PROFILE

Between 10 and 15 years of experience

Knowledge of the healthcare, pharmaceutical or life sciences sector

Practice of SAP and IFRS standards

Ability to adapt and communicate

Operational approach and priority management
