Our client was looking for a General Manager for a 6-months Interim Management assignment based in Paris.

THE COMPANY

Subsidiary of an international group, based in Ile de France, with a European reach.
Management of a network of agencies and depots, several thousand rounds per day.
Express carrier, BtoB logistics manager, all sectors including the fast-growing medical sector.

THE MISSION

General Manager, responsible for a P/L and a team of several hundred people.
Lead a complete management team: operations, sales and support functions.
Participate in international business development.
Manage relations with key customers.
A high degree of autonomy, reporting directly to the Group Chairman.
Based in Ile de France, 6-month term with option to extend + contract conversion.
Exclusive search.

PROFILE

Experience in the transport and logistics sector essential.
Must have been CEO of a comparable structure with sales of at least €100 million and managed at least 500 people.
Ability to motivate teams, to communicate, to be highly operational.
Available immediately on a full-time basis.
