We are offering our Premium client, active in the high-end and luxury hotel sector in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), an opportunity for a key permanent position.

Our client is expanding its activities, opening new premises and strengthening its management organizations. We have a vacancy for a Hotel Operations Manager in Dubai.

  • The primary objective of this position is to provide outstanding services to international customers and achieve the highest industry standards.
  • Aspart of this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene, as well as relevant legislative obligations.
  • This managerial position must comply with the customer's processes and procedures.
  • As part ofyour objectives and responsibilities for this position: to deliver the expected return on investment (ROI) for our customer, while exceeding customer needs and expectations.

PROFILE

Relevant and qualified experience in the hotel and restaurant sector.
Recognized diploma and training in the relevant field.
Experience with international customers.
Commercial experience in large, high-end hotel complexes.

Key skills
Fluency in English, fluency in another customer's language a plus.
High level of motivation and integrity.
Leadership skills.
High-level communication skills.
Willingness to develop long-term industry experience.
