TRAINING PLANNING MANAGER (M/F)
Our customer, a fast-growing player in the airline industry, has given us an express & exclusive mandate to recruit its future Training Planning Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.
This key role involves developing the skills of crews and ground staff, and optimizing training processes.
This job opportunity, based in the Ile-de-France region, is available immediately once the choice of the best candidate (M/F) has been validated with our customer.

☑️ Your main responsibilities
Training Planning Manager (M/F)
You will report directly to the Operations Director and will also work directly with the Training Manager.
As Training Planning Manager, you will have a strategic role in the coordination and management of training sessions for all staff, in particular flight crews (cabin crew and cabin crew) and ground staff, including :
Coordination of crew training (cabin crew and ground crew)
- This includes managing training schedules, booking simulators, monitoring crews in training and rescheduling sessions if necessary.
Ground staff management
- You will be responsible for organizing and implementing training courses in collaboration with the managers of each sector.
Operational management of tools
- You will need to master the use of crew and training time management tools (LEON software).
- Shared planning tools, diary, events, follow-up, etc.
Monitoring training KPIs
- You will be in charge of supervising 250 crew members, with annual simulator sessions and theoretical training organized in partnership with a company Training Manager.
- Follow-up of ground and flight crew licenses and accreditations.
Trainers coordination
- Including collaboration with internal and external trainers to guarantee training quality.

☑️ Your key skills & profile
Profile
Ideally a former pilot or training manager in aviation.
Solid experience in training coordination.
Mastery of planning and management tools, in particular LEON (a plus).
Ability to plan and monitor training performance indicators.
Fluency in English.
Personal skills :
Thoroughness and organizational skills.
Adaptability and autonomy.
Team management and active communication.
Knowledge of the airline industry.
