Our client is a major player in the design and construction of the best-in-class infrastructures projects in the Kingdom of Saoudi Arabia (KSA).

Currently involved in developing of the Vision 2030, our client is a key partner of the NEOM futuristic urban living cities.

To execute one of his latest contracts, dedicated to constructing and upgrading more than 1000 km long roads, highways, tunnels and bridges, were have been mandated on an exclusive & confidential base to find the best world professionals in this field, staring with the Senior Project Director.

If you have already directed the construction of MAJOR ROAD infrastructure projects, in Northern America, Europe, Asia, African or Pacific countries, then you have the expected experience to apply.

SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR

Your will directly report to our ClientSenior management team

You will coordinate the key project decision processes with the NEOM Managing team

Your main missions & activities can be summarized as follow:

· Lead and oversee a comprehensive project comprising multiple sub-projects, ranging from road development to new segment construction, in complex climatic and geographical conditions.

· Manage all project sub-divisions to ensure adherence to timelines, quality standards, resource allocation, and overall project goals.

· Collaborate effectively with other projects and partners to maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders.

· Provide expertise in developing and implementing protocols, technical management strategies, and safety measures.

· Foster a culture of high-performance project management through proactive support and problem-solving, addressing challenges efficiently.

· Ensure that quality and safety standards are met within the whole teams

· Timely report to the Supervisory board to guarantee to that Budgets and Timelines are under control to meet NEOM’s deadlines.

✈️ Business mobility : within the project scope, in many different KSA cities

🚩 Starting date : latest September 2024, once the best candidate is selected

⚽ Mission length : 36 months initially, extensible upon necessary

☑️ Your key skills & profile

Profile

· Extensive experience in road and bridge development, managing over +1,000 km of roads.

· Proven ability to work in challenging climatic conditions and difficult terrains, such as mountains and resource-rich areas.

· Strong international profile with significant global project experience.

· 🚩 MUST have an Engineering degreein highly recognized School or University

· Minimum of 20 years of experience in designing & constructing major ROADS & high-value infrastructure projects.

· Experience as Project Director or Engineer in Gulf countries is preferred.

· PMP Certification or equivalent project management qualification.

Skills

· Strong decision-making abilities and organizational abilities

· Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously

· Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively

· Superior communication skills: fluent in English, proficiency in Arabic is a real plus

· Proven leadership and team management skills

· Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, Public & Private.
