SAP rollout PROJECT MANAGER (M/W)

Our client is unifying and consolidating its ERP systems, worldwide, and currently engaged in rolling out the new solutions within various key European countries.

The core ERP model will run under SAP S4/Hana, and we have been engaged, on an express & confidential basis, to find the European SAP rollout project manager (M/W) to lead this key systemic transformation.

Based in Paris, with regular business trips within the European countries included in the wave scope, you will act as the Business sponsor towards all functions. You will have a project counterpart with the Group IT teams to joint forces to ensure an efficient and timely rollout.

For this long-term interim management mission, of 9 months+, we are looking for an experienced profile, having successfully implemented SAP S4/Hana solutions in a large and international scope.

Another key success factor, for the finalist candidate, is to be really immediately available as this mission starts tomorrow; meaning as soon as our client has validated our best candidate.

☑️ The Interim Management Mission

SAP Rollout Project Manager (M/W)

Direct report to Business SAP Sponsor

You represent the Business interests and users in the new SAP solution

You have a SAP project correspondent within the Group IT teams

You will work in close collaboration with this IT colleague to ensure the rollout success

Your mission scope includes the following tasks & responsibilities

#1 You build and develop your SAP business team

· You participate in appointing the business Super key users and Key users

· You ensure they have the necessary skills and information on the project

#2 You lead Business teams until the Golive

· You manage the deployment teams to deliver the solution on time, quality & scope

· You are accountable for the Business preparation & phasing until the rollout

#3 You are responsible for the processes change management

· You anticipate the necessary changes to onboard the new solution

· You identify the key stakeholders to validate the necessary changes in business activities

To summarize your role, you are in charge of the SAP rollout project Governance at Business level and manage all the necessary actions, decisions and communication to the steering committee.

🏢 Interim Management Mission: based in Paris area

✈️ Business mobility: expected within different European countries included in the scope

🚩 Starting date: tomorrow or more reasonably early July 2024

⚽ Mission length: 9 months minimum, extensible upon the waves status

Project management expertise

Prior track record in successful SAP S4/Hana rollout

Business acumen in industrial operations: Manufacturing, Maintenance, Quality

Key skills

French native of fluent speaker

English fluent practice as being the project communication language

Ability to manager multiple tasks and to work under time constraints

Ability to communicate and to influence the transformation processes
