Our client, an international group in the logistics sector, is looking for a Real Estate Director (M/F) to oversee the management and optimization of its real estate portfolio in France. This key role is part of a structuring and asset rationalization strategy within the group.

This recruitment is for a strategic 6-month renewable mission, with an option to transition into a permanent contract (CDI).

🏢 Real Estate Director (M/F)

Real Estate Management & Operations

✔ Define and implement an optimized real estate strategy aligned with the group’s objectives.
✔ Oversee commercial lease management: renegotiations, renewals, terminations, and securing contractual conditions.
✔ Manage relationships with landlords, service providers, and regulatory authorities.
✔ Ensure regulatory compliance (ICPE, accessibility, LOM, taxation, safety).
✔ Guarantee contract execution: charges, taxes, maintenance, and works.

Cost Optimization & Site Strategy

✔ Develop a real estate optimization plan based on operational needs.
✔ Identify expansion opportunities: relocations, space rationalization, and extensions.
✔ Lead financial negotiations with landlords to maximize asset profitability.
✔ Analyze and reduce operating costs related to rents, charges, and property taxation.

Operational Support & Internal Coordination

✔ Work closely with logistics, maintenance, and fuel station teams to ensure suitable infrastructure.
✔ Supervise renovation, compliance, and modernization projects.
✔ Conduct real estate audits and site studies aligned with business needs.
✔ Integrate environmental and CSR strategies into real estate management.

Market Intelligence & Reporting

✔ Conduct continuous monitoring of the logistics real estate market, identifying trends and opportunities.
✔ Anticipate regulatory and fiscal developments impacting the real estate portfolio.
✔ Provide structured and detailed reports to management: cost tracking, deadlines, risks, and strategic recommendations.

✅ Your Key Skills & Profile

✔ Profile:

10+ years of experience in real estate asset management (logistics, industrial, or commercial).
Expertise in real estate law, commercial leases, negotiation, and contract management.
Strong knowledge of ICPE regulations, safety, accessibility, and property taxation.
Leadership: managing a team of 5, structuring, and optimizing a transforming department.
Key skills: anticipation, decision-making, rigor, organization, and strong negotiation ability.
