Our customer, a major player in heavy industry, has several strategic sites across France. In this context, we have been mandated exclusively to recruit the future Quality, Safety & Environment Manager - RQSE (M/F) for one of its sites, located in the Côte-d'Or region.
This position, available immediately , is to be filled rapidly as part of a planned renewal of the management team.

RQSE (M/F)
- Reporting directly to the Plant Manager
Your responsibilities will include
Document management and QSE compliance
- Update and manage all site QSE documents, in collaboration with the Regional Safety Coordinator (CSE).
- Draw up and monitor risk prevention plans, safety protocols and quality assurance plans required by customers.
- Draft and monitor the development of procedures, product sheets (NF and CE certification) and standards in coordination with production teams.
Health, safety and risk prevention
- Support the plant manager in implementing the Group's safety policy at local level, and raise employee awareness of quality requirements.
- Supervise and participate in mandatory regulatory inspections (lifting, electrical installations, etc.) with in-house teams (maintenance, production, fleet).
- Manage incident and near-accident analyses, in liaison with the CSSCT, and provide technical and administrative assistance to prevent risks.
- Contribute to workstation studies to optimize working conditions and enhance employee safety.
- Participate actively in initiatives to raise staff safety awareness, in particular via Group methods (such as the VCS).
Relations with external stakeholders
- Represent the site with external bodies (CARSAT, SISTM, DREETS, DREAL, etc.) on safety and environmental issues.
- Manage quality and safety-related disputes and ensure administrative follow-up of associated files.
Audits and controls
- Conduct safety audits, diagnostics and reviews to ensure continuous improvement of practices.
- Oversee the smooth running of internal controls (particularly on products such as concrete).
- Ensure that environmental regulations (water, noise, etc.) are complied with.
Quality system management
- Lead and improve the site's quality management system, implementing appropriate tools and procedures.
- Ensure rigorous monitoring of standards and certifications to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
🏢 Permanent contract position: full-time, based in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comte region.

☑️ Your key skills & profile
Profile
- Engineering background, preferably specialized in QHSE
- At least 2 years' experience in an industrial environment
- Mastery of heavy industrial processes
- Organized, rigorous, good writing skills with a capacity for analysis and synthesis.
- Motivated by teamwork in a dynamic environment.
Personal skills
A man or woman in the field, in contact with teams
Problem-solving skills
Ability to make proposals and master project management.
