With a view to strengthening its internal skills, our client has expressly and exclusively entrusted us with this search for their future Head of Social Relations (M/F)

This interim management mission is intended to oversee all relations with the CSEs, union representatives, and the social body in general, in order to maintain and develop the quality of social relations.

Depending on how the situation evolves, this mission could turn into a permanent contract in the long run, depending on the "FIT" between the interim manager and the company.

The company wishes to start ASAP.

HEAD OF SOCIAL RELATIONS (M/F)

You report to the company's HR Director

You work in the team at the head office

As a member of the central HR team, you play a key role in managing all social relations with the social partners.

As such, you notably oversee the following activities:

At the level of social relations:

· Organization of Social and Economic Committees (CSE)

· Negotiations and follow-up of various social agreements

· Communication of HR policy

At the level of managing other HR activities

· Drafting of contracts and amendments for staff

· Management of disputes, in relation with the HR Director and external advisors

· Monitoring of certain HR transformation projects, including HRIS

As part of this mission, you are responsible for the following activities and processes

🏢 Interim management mission: full time

✈️ Professional mobility: limited to Paris, occasionally in the region

🚩 Start: first half of April 2025, upon validation of the best profile

⚽ Initial duration minimum 3 months: possible extension depending on the situation

🏆 Conversion: an option depending on the client's organizational evolution, in case of a reciprocal "FIT" with the future interim manager

☑️ Your key skills & profile

Profile

Mastery of labor law in France

Fluent English

Minimum 10 years of experience

Knowledge of the Aviation – Transport sector is a plus

Soft skills

Excellent writing skills

Experience in managing CSEs and unionized environments

Team spirit, excellent oral communication
