HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER (M/F)

Our client, a group undergoing major transformation in the transport sector, has mandated us exclusively to recruit its future Human Resources Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.

This strategic role is part of a complex management of labor relations, changes in collective agreements and the implementation of new HR projects, notably concerning Quality of Life at Work (QWL), staff representative elections and IRP management.

Strategic challenges:

  • Management of complex labor relations with several active unions.
  • Implementation and support of organizational transformation projects.
  • Development of new HR processes in a multi-site, multicultural environment.

☑️ Your main tasks

Human Resources Manager (M/F)
You will report directly to General Management and work in close collaboration with social partners and operational managers.

Operational HR management

  • Manage employment contracts, dismissals and complex individual files. Take the lead in containing a wave of resignations.
  • Supervise and structure HR administration for around 50 employees in France.
  • Support the implementation of new HR processes for maintenance activities.

Labor relations

  • Prepare and lead meetings with employee representative bodies, and manage relations with several transport-specific unions.
  • Support professional elections.
  • HR and QWL development
  • Provide innovative solutions in terms of Quality of Life at Work (QWL).
  • Propose and implement ideas to improve talent retention.

🏢 E xpress recruitment: full-time, based in the Paris region

☑️ Your key skills & profile

Profile required

Degree in Human Resources

Experience: minimum 15 years in HR functions, ideally in industrial sectors related to transport or air transport is a plus

Expertise:

Solid command of French labor law and complex labor relations.

Proven experience in managing multi-site and international HRR projects.

Personal qualities:

Creativity, agility and analytical skills to manage complex social situations.

Initiative and natural leadership.

Ability to structure and formalize processes in a demanding environment.
