Human Resources Manager (M/F)

You report directly to the Managing Director

You are a member of the company's management team

You manage a small but highly competent and motivated HR team

Your main missions will be to

#1 Leading social dialogue

- You will maintain and develop the quality of labor relations with elected officials and union representatives.

- You organize and lead all social dialogue within the committees in place: CSE, CHSCT and others specific to the company's sector.

#2 Organization and supervision of day-to-day HR activities

- With your team, you manage HR activities: time and leave management, payroll, absences, temporary workers, entries & exits, etc.

- You develop and reinforce existing processes: harmonization of tools, management of activity times, optimization of resources, etc.

#3 HR support and advice to the management team

- You advise management in preparing HR decisions, in terms of skills, adjusting resources and anticipating needs.

- You take part in certain sensitive projects, to help management adapt its organization in line with order books and the global context.

✈️ Professional mobility : face-to-face position, occasional telecommuting possible

🚩 Position to be taken up in July 2024: as soon as the most suitable profile has been validated.

Professional location: industrial SME based on the Auxerre - Dijon axis

☑️ Your key skills

Profile

HR training at Master's level or equivalent

Minimum 15 years' experience in the function

Knowledge of industry, SMEs and the Collective Bargaining Agreement for Metallurgy (a plus)

Mastery of the technical aspects of the HR function

Personal skills

Genuine expertise in social dialogue

Analytical skills and ability to make proposals to management

Autonomous, able to support change
