HR Group Talent & People Manager (M/W)

Direct report to the VP HR Group Director

  • Reports to: VP HR Group Director.
  • Works in mattrix relation with: Regional, Country HR managers, BU Directors across multiple regions.
  • Supports: Central functions, ensure HR alignment, consistency, and efficiency across the Group.

In this pivotal corporate role, you will coordinate and align HR policies, talent development frameworks, and compensation strategies across the organization. Your key responsibilities includes:

Talent Management & Leadership Development

Compensation & Benefits Strategy

HR Technology & Digitalization

Process & Compliance Optimization

🏢 Permanent position : based in Germany, Stuttgart area

✈️ Business mobility: limited upon necessary to various countries & regions

🚩 Starting date: April 2025 with a reactive client decision process

Key position : in designing & managing Group talents & compensations policiies

🏆 Package : annual growth the range of k€ 90-110, plus company benefits

Experienced 10 to 15 years with relevant expertise

Expert in Talent management & Compensation practices

international experience in Groups and matrix organizations
