Working in direct relation with the Group VP HR Director, you will be in direct relation with the countries and regional HR managers to lead the Group’s talent management practices and align the compensation & benefits policies.
Your playground will be our client’s one, having either productions, commercial or representation offices around the Globe, on all 5th continents.

HR Group Talent & Benefit Manager (M/W)
Direct report to the VP HR Group Director
Working in close matrix relation with regional & countries HR managers
In relation with the various BU Directors from the different regions & countries
Supporting the central functions to align their HR processes & policies
Within this central position, you will coordinate and collaborate to ensure the alignment of HR policies, systems and compensation principles all around the Group. You will be actively involved in the following processes :
· Talent management : to lead the Group’s talent acquisition strategy, develop sourcing policies, select and attract key talents, design succession plans, support employees growth, engage and develop retention plans;
· Compensation & Benefit management : manage short terms & long terms incentive programs, ensure a dynamic and attractive bonus schemes, ensure the necessary data’s are available to track financial targets
· HR management systems : contribute to the optimization of HRIS systems, develop the ATS tools, ensure learning management schemes, collaborate with various IT service providers to develop the data integration & integrity
· Process improvement : improve the existing HR processes and workflows, identify best practices within the Group and develop compliance programs in the different regions, benchmark with industry practices & implement key improvements
· Compliance & risk management : ensure compliance with various regulatory jurisdictions, proactively address compliance risks, ensure mitigation plans on talent management practices, data analytics and privacy rules.

✈️ Business mobility: upon necessary on a spot basis, to various countries & regions
🚩 Starting date: February, latest early March 2025 with a dynamic client decision process

Profile
Experienced professional with 10 to 15 years of relevant expertise
Master’s degree in HR, Business, Management education
Recognized expert in Talent management & Compensation practices
Demonstrated international experience in Groups and matrix organizations
Key skills
English professional, as business language within the Group
Strategic thinker, ability to influence & collaborate with various functions
Strong communicator, leadership skills, positive attitude
