Our client has entrusted us with this urgent & confidential search to identify their future General Secretary (M/F) for this interim management mission.
Currently in a phase of strengthening its competencies, this mission is intended to provide, over a minimum duration of 6 months, the interim period pending the future recruitment of the permanent position holder.
The focus is clearly on the financial & accounting management of the company, with the support of an accounting firm, beyond the supervision of Human Resources and General Secretariat functions.

☑️ The interim management mission:
General Secretary (M/F) – Focus Finance & Management
You will report to the General Director of the company.
You will supervise a small local team: accounting, HR, IT, general services.
You will manage relationships with the external accountant.
In this mission, you will be responsible for the following activities and processes:
Financial & accounting management – about 75% of the time
· Outsourced accounting, cash flow monitoring, budget management
· Financial reporting to the parent company: IFRS standards, IAS 19 and tax follow-up
· Supervision of monthly, quarterly & semi-annual closings
· Validation of external commitments: suppliers, recurring contracts
General Secretariat – about 25% of the time
· Supervision of HR activities
· Follow-up of board meetings
· Follow-up of audits by various regulators
· Supervision of various service providers
· Management of IT projects, monitoring of the outsourcing provider
🏢 Full-time interim management mission
✈️ Professional mobility: limited, activities mainly based in Paris
🚩 Start date: end of March 2025, upon validation of the relevant profile
⚽ Initial duration: 6 months, possible extension depending on the situation
🏆 Transformation: an option depending on the client’s decision, in case of a perfect "FIT" with the future manager in mission
☑️ Your key skills & profile:
Profile:
Master’s degree level education in Accounting, Finance, Management (Business School)
Minimum 10 years’ experience in the financial sector, fund management
Soft skills:
Strong ability to adapt and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Rigor, technical expertise, understanding of corporate stakes
Good communication skills, both hierarchically & functionally
