Brexit Management Mission for an international industrial group
The company
- French industrial group with headquarters in Paris, several thousand employees
- Leader in its sector in the fields of complex projects and industry
- With a significant presence on several sites in the United Kingdom with several hundred employees on site
The mission
- Ensuring functional and cross-functional coordination at the level of the company and of the Group’s companies concerned in the United Kingdom
- Relying on the internal experts of different functions: human resources, legal, contract management, finance, operations
- Organizing and anticipate the consequences of Brexit on all professions, functions and contracts that will be impacted
- Developing action plans and processes to be put in place when Brexit comes into effect
Based in Paris, with travel to relevant sites in the United Kingdom
Duration from 6 to 12 months, depending on the political situation around the project
Starting 2nd fortnight of May 2019, as soon as the final choice is validated with our customer
The profile
- Being the true “pilot” of the Brexit project at the company level
- Being in a “hands-on” logic with a real role of animation over the subjects
- Knowing how to stay close to operations
- Being composed, having a diplomatic approach of subjects, being stress resistance
- Being able to manage multiple processes in parallel
- Having the sense of communication, the ability to convince
- Training with legal dimensions, human resources and contract management
- Having minimum 15 years of professional experience
