Our client is an international industrial group which is one of the leaders in its sector. It processes essential raw materials for many industrial and strategic sectors.

As part of the renewal of its industrial organisation, our client has entrusted us with the search for its future Maintenance Manager for one of its industrial sites based in the Grand-Est region.

This mission will start in December 2021 and may be extended or transformed depending on the "FIT" between the company and our future interim manager.

☑️ The mission

Interim management assignment: Maintenance Manager.

Reporting to the General Manager of the industrial site.

Management of a team of approximately 20 people.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

Preventive maintenance

Follow-up of the prevention plan and planned operations
Monitoring of heat treatment furnaces
Ensuring the availability of equipment and monitoring usage rates

Building maintenance

Ensuring the availability of all networks
Organise the maintenance of stations, boilers & others
Ensuring that the resources used for production are optimised

CMMS & technical documentation

Manage Computer Assisted Maintenance Management
Enrich and optimise processes
Organise the follow-up and administration of technical documents

🏢 Mission based in the Grand-Est Region: Axis Reims / Metz / Nancy / Troye

✈️ Physical presence: Some travel to be expected per month, Region & France

🚩 Starting in December 2021

⚽ Minimum duration 4 months: extension or transformation possible

☑️ Your Profile

Engineering or Master's degree in Maintenance, Mechanical, Electrical or Hydraulics.

Minimum 10 years experience in the function and in heavy industry.

Technical skills in Hydraulic Mechanics: a plus / must for the mission.

A man / woman of the field.

Real manager capable of involving his teams in the company's issues.

Ability to communicate and motivate.

Autonomous and able to take initiatives in his/her field.
