PROJECT MANAGER – INDUSTRIAL TRANSFORMATIONS (M/F)

As part of the optimization of its industrial organization, our customer has entrusted us with these two interim management assignments for two Project Managers - Industrial Transformations (M/F).

The aim of each assignment is to analyze the existing industrial organization in a given territory, with a view to proposing and then implementing action plans aimed at optimizing workloads, flows and any industrial equipment transfers decided upon.

Each interim manager (M/F) will act as an operational pilot for these future industrial optimizations, reporting to Group Management and interacting in project mode with Production, Quality, Site Management and the HSE function, all of which are essential to the success of these projects.

Our search is conducted on an Exclusive and Totally Confidential basis for our client, given the stakes involved, for a start-up as early as January 2025.

PROJECT MANAGER - Industrial Transformations (M/F)

Reporting to company management

Numerous interactions with Group functions, in project mode

Strong functional relationships with Site Management and Industrial Management

Consideration of safety, quality, human resources and market aspects.

Your mission includes the following main objectives

#1 Detailed analysis of industrial facilities in the territory concerned

- Product ranges, customer base, existing technical skills

- Technical studies on key industrial equipment: mechanical & electrical

#2 Presentation & validation of a global industrial optimization plan

- Identification of optimizations, massifications and possible transfers

- Presentation of an action plan to management for approval

#3 Implementation of action plan agreed with management

- Equipment transfer: dismantling, transport, installation, restarting

- Adaptation & transfer of key skills, monitoring of planning and budgets

🏢 Interim Management assignments: full-time

✈️ Professional mobility: travel required in each regional territory

🚩S tart-up: very early in 2025, as soon as relevant profiles have been validated

⚽ Initial duration of 4-6 months: extension upon validation of action plans

🏆 Transformation: an open option with our Customer, in case of "FIT" & mutual willingness to accompany the Group in its many projects

☑️ Your key skills & profile

Profile

Mechanical or electrical engineering background

Essential experience in industry, preferably heavy industry, with major industrial equipment: mechanical, electrical, cabinets, transformers

Experience in managing industrial projects and/or production transfers

Skills

Genuine project leader, able to motivate and unite teams

Operational, hands-on approach, a real "doer".

Ability to manage deadlines, budgets and communicate
