PAYROLL & PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (M/F)
Our customer, a fast-growing player in the airline industry, has given us an express & exclusive mandate to recruit its future Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager (M/F) on a permanent contract.
This key role is part of a drive to develop internal skills and implement new processes. This position also accompanies the development of new tools to develop internal skills management: HRIS, personnel management, payroll tools.
This superb job opportunity, based in the Ile-de-France region, is to be filled immediately once the choice of the best candidate (M/F) has been validated with our customer, for a start at the very beginning of January 2025.

☑️ Your main responsibilities
Payroll & Personnel Administration Manager (M/F)
You report directly to the Director of Human Resources (M/F)
You will manage a team of 3 people and coordinate payroll subcontractors.
Your main mission is to ensure that the payroll of several hundred employees is carried out accurately and on time. Your activities include
Supervising all payroll processes
- For several hundred employees across several collective bargaining agreements: cabin crew, ground staff, metalworkers, etc.
- Processing premiums, bonuses and other variables, and ensuring compliance with nominative social declarations (DSN).
Structure and optimize processes
- Manage the transition to more internalized management using the SILAE tool, integrating the company's specific legal and contractual requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements: parameterization, automation and integration of management systems.
Coordinate various HR projects
- Multi-site personnel administration, marked by the challenges associated with the Group's strong growth and the diversity of its activities.
- Participate in the integration of HRIS tools and produce dashboards for monitoring HR, financial and social indicators.
In addition to your activities, you will play an active role in developing the skills of HR teams to strengthen their autonomy and expertise in payroll and personnel administration.

☑️ Your key skills & profile
Profile
Degree in Payroll Management
Experience of a public accounting or payroll tools firm
Technical expertise in payroll management: 10 years in a similar position
Experience with a payroll software publisher and in the airline industry is a double plus
Technical skills :
Expertise in payroll tools, particularly SILAE.
Advanced Excel skills, knowledge of HRIS tools.
Personal skills :
Rigor, intellectual and technical agility
Proactive and autonomous in payroll matters
Good communicator, able to interact with various stakeholders
Appetence for project management & implementation of new tools.
