CUSTOMER REQUIREMENTS

Our client was one of the leaders in its sector, with fast-growing activities in several of its market segments.

In this context of growth and structuring of its activities, we were mandated expressly & confidentially to find its future Human Resources Director (M/F) for an interim assignment of at least 6 months.

The aim of this transitional assignment was to temporarily fill the absence of the incumbent, for personal reasons agreed with our client, while continuing to energize the HR teams and associated processes.

This opportunity, based in the Western Region, was to be filled as soon as the choice of the best candidate (M/F) had been validated with our customer.

THE MISSION

Member of the Executive Committee

Reports directly to the Group CEO

As part of this mission, you will be involved in both HR projects and skills development within the Group. Your missions include the following objectives:

Strengthening HR skills

- Continue to develop the head office + national HR team

- Motivate teams (+/- 20 people), and ensure their skills development

- Retain existing resources and develop their autonomy

Monitoring HR projects

- Continue deployment of a new HRIS

- Improve KPI's and HR management tools for the Executive Committee

- Implement the new employee promotion tool (NPS)

Supporting growth

- Coordination of recruitment processes

- Developing the employer brand

- Identify needs, select and retain talent

- Organization and follow-up of HR audits for future acquisitions

- Managing the HR of a new strategic location

THE PROFILE

Profile

  • Recognized HR experience in a Group of over 1000 people
  • Current practice and experience in external profile recruitment
  • Knowledge of HRIS tools
  • Ability to analyze and develop HR processes

Personal skills

  • Ability to manage and motivate teams
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external customers
  • Ability to execute, take initiative and work independently
