CLIENT'S NEEDS

During this Interim Management mission, based in Ile-de-France with a totally European scope of intervention, the manager was developing the environmental policy of our client, an international group leader in its sector.

His challenges were to implement the Social & Environmental Responsibility (SER) of the whole Group with teams spread over thirty countries.

THE POSITION

You will implement the Group's CSR strategy with objectives of

-Reduction of the carbon footprint
-Reduction of water consumption
-Decrease in thermal consumption of sites
-Division by 2 of the frequency rate (professional accidents)
-Significant increase in product recycling

You deploy the application of ISO 14.001 standards:

-On the perimeter of the entire Group
-In replacement of ISO 50.001 standards
-By piloting the progressive certification of sites

THE PROFILE

Engineer from a top school / Specialized training in QHSE.
10 years of experience in international groups are essential.
If possible, experience in operational management: production, maintenance, industry.
Knowledge of ICPE (Installations Classées pour la Protection de l'Environnement) regulations in France or Environmental Licence (Europe).
Practice of multi-site activities.
Fluency in English essential.
